Jose Chieira is one of Europe’s best-known scouts. He has been working as a scout since 1994. He actively lived all the times when football and scouting evolved. In parallel with his 20 years of club experience, of which only 12 years were spent in Porto and Sporting, he simultaneously spent 24 years as the lead researcher of Football Manager in Portugal.
